Benjamin Payes, Broker

Ben is the broker of Spring Street Realty.  Upon graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in economics, he became immersed in the real estate world with various positions in local single family brokerages and a commercial real estate firm. As a Montgomery county native, Ben is incredibly familiar with the DC metropolitan area’s housing market and works closely and efficiently with his agents to guide buyers and sellers in achieving their home buying and selling needs.

Lorie is an experienced real estate professional and CPA with over 13 years' experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has lived and worked in Montgomery County her entire life. Lorie has used her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market to help numerous buyers, sellers and investors. In addition, she is also an Accredited Staging Professional. Lorie puts the needs of her clients first and takes pride in helping her clients understand the process of the real estate transaction from beginning to end.
